Catching up - December

I've been remiss in posting lately!  My student recital, programs at All Souls and general Christmas preparations have kept me quite busy!  Here are a few updates from the last month:

Joe and I at the 3rd Dental Battalion Christmas Party

 Our good friend Duane went deep sea fishing and generously gave us these 2 mahi-mahi (and a tuna).  Joe had to fillet these fish.  They were delicious!  He can't wait to go deep sea fishing himself!

My students at All Souls Preschool had their Christmas program.  The director got one of the 5 year olds to give me these beautiful flowers after the performance!

Joe and I went to White Beach for a walk last weekend (11-12) and met this friend on the beach.

Pottery Class

While Joe was away in South Korea (yes, back in September) I decided to take a pottery class at Kadena Arts & Crafts.  I meant to post a picture of the mugs I made.  I made these 3 mugs over 4 weeks of class. It was a lot harder than it looks!  (but still a lot of fun).

It's a girl!!!!!

I mean, it's a baby grand girl!
